Absolutely one of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, and that’s tough to come by in anything automotive related. And the quality of work is impeccable. I needed a rush job on some body work without sacrificing quality. I called at least a dozen body shops in the Nashville area. Plan B was the only body shop that took the time to listen to my situation and go out of their way to help. They got the job done quicker than I could’ve hoped. And the quality was perfect.
