What Our Customers Say
Plan B is great! I was recently in an auto collision which left some dents on my truck. I chose plan B based on their reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Their service was personable and professional. Their work was even better. They even took care of a few additional small scratches they found and buffed out my front bumper. I will definitely return if I have any other services they can help me with.
The shop was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Amanda really went out of her way to fight the insurance, on adjustment payments. She did an excellent job getting them to pay for all of the work needed. My truck is nicer than it was before, because they didn’t cut any corners. I would definitely recommend Plan B to anyone I know in need of body work.
10/10 would recommend. Amanda is super sweet and will fight for you with the insurance companies to make sure they actually do their job. They did amazing work on my car came in to get my bumper fixed after a minor accident and it looks as if I had gotten a new car. They cleaned my car which I didn’t expect. Such an amazing place 🙂
Plan B AutoBody is AMAZING!!! They were able to repair my Range Rover within one month when other repair shops couldn’t even get me in for an estimate until 4 months later. My vehicle looks brand new, it rides smooth, and I am totally satisfied! I truly appreciate the communication the team provided. They kept me informed about the insurance process every step of the way! I highly recommend Plan B AutoBody!
Shoutout to this auto body shop! They got me in super fast and the car looks amazing! It was great working with them as they keep you up to date about your car and reply super fast with any questions. Definitely recommend and worth the drive out of downtown area of Nashville!
My experience here was definitely a good one. The body shop was unable to operate on my vehicle due to insurance purposes, however, the staff at Plan B is awesome and very personable and will help you in anyway that they can. If you are looking for very reasonable availability dates and great customer service, choose Plan B because plan A is already over and done with 😁 see what I did there. Thanks to Amanda, Vickie and Chloe for all their help!
